In our world so challenged by a pandemic, war, famine and despair, and during a time when it seems there are less young active Catholics, World Youth Day serves as a beacon of hope.  The Diocese of Brooklyn is blessed to have a contingent attending, which will be well represented by 350 pilgrims hailing from 22 parishes.

On Sunday, February 5th, a “World Youth Day Brunch” is being held at noon at Roma View Caterers, in Howard Beach to benefit the WYD pilgrims of Our Lady of Grace – Howard Beach, Resurrection and Good Shepherd parishes.  Please consider attending.

It is no doubt that WYD will shape present and future young church leaders to ensure a bright future for the Catholic Church throughout the world. Your contribution will help youth from our diocese be part of that experience.
