Elana Abt (Sommelier, WSET 4 Diploma Candidate) Bio

Elana is a Chicago native who has lived in NYC since 2009. She fell in love with Italian wines in 2013, and thus started her long career in the wine industry. She was the wine director of the famed Batali/Bastianich restaurant, OTTO, for five years, then went on to become the Head Sommelier at Quality Italian for three years. Elana has her Advanced certification in Wine and Spirits through the WSET, and is a fine wine manager for a large distributor here in New York.
