The walls of Jericho fell down by the power of faith after they had been encircled for seven days.” (Hebrews 11:30)

From Sunday, April 21 at 1 pm to Sunday, April 28 at 12 pm we will be spending one week of uninterrupted adoration, prayer and intercession called The Siege of Jericho

The Siege of Jericho is based on the intercession prayers performed for seven days and six nights before the Blessed Sacrament. It is inspired by the sixth chapter of the Book of Joshua. This is tradition in the Shalom Catholic Community, it is a great opportunity to spend an hour or more with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament in recollection and prayer. We will offer our prayers for others, for peace, for the suffering, for the world, for the church, for the Shalom Community, and thus gain a lot of grace for ourselves as well! I strongly encourage everyone to come because this really is a great opportunity during this time! 😊
