On March 1, 2, 8, and 9, 2025, at 3PM, Regina Opera will present a double bill of Leoncavallo’s “I Pagliacci” fully staged, sung in Italian with Orchestra and English supertitles plus a Concert. The tuneful opera, with jealousy, betrayal, passion, and murder during the “play within a play”, is one of the most popular Italian operas. On March 1, 2, and 8, the opera will be preceded by Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante in E-flat Major. On March 9, the opera will be preceded by an operatic concert.
