Retreat at Young Life’s Lake Champion. This letter provides some important and helpful information for

you as you consider bringing your young people on this incredible weekend experience.

LAKE CHAMPION:

Located outside Monticello, NY, Young Life’s Lake Champion is the premier retreat facility for young

THEME:

The theme for this Retreat will be “THE PURSUIT”. We will encouraging students to find their identity in

the God who made them, loves them and pursues them.

COST:

The base cost per camper (student and leader) is $125 for students and adult leaders:

ARRIVAL OPTIONS:

We are hoping to welcome everyone to the camp between 830 and 10pm on Friday night.

SCHEDULE DRAFT:

A schedule draft will be made available after January 1st.

WORK CREW REQUIREMENT:

As a part of our rental agreement, we will be providing Lake Champion with adult helpers in the Dining

Hall. We are asking each group to bring 1 helper per 8 campers (student and adult).

VIRTUS – SAFE ENVIRONMENT

Our firm expectation is that every adult who will serve alongside students and on Work Crew will have

been screened and certified based on your local Bishop’s Safe Environment protocols.
