In observance of International Children’s Day—a national prayer initiative, Children Praying for Children, organized by the Ukrainian National Women’s League of America (UNWLA) and local partners.

The event brings together local children and families in prayer and solidarity with Ukrainian children who have been deeply affected by the war—especially the over 20,000 children who have been abducted from temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories by Russian forces.

The Ukrainian government, along with international organizations, has been working to locate and return these children, often facing extreme obstacles.

Through prayer, community, and creative activities, this event aims to raise awareness of his humanitarian tragedy and inspire support for the safe return of abducted and displaced children to their families.

The event  will include a multi-faith prayer service, children’s activities, and remarks from local faith leaders and Ukrainian-Americans.
