The Msgr. Burke/Rockaway Council will hold a Memorial Mass and Plaque dedication in honor of their late Chaplain, Fr. James Devine. Mass with be at 8 am. After Mass there will be a reception at the Council on B. 90th Street. All are invited to attend.
